your hit cap, aim for 230 and your a draenei so you'll be capped
As survival you do realise you are limited by the spec and spec'ing out to grab hit hinders you massively, have you considered MM to fix this?

Gear is o.k, basically T9 with some ICC5 stuff. Obviously needs hit rebalancing as per Veritas' comment. I am wondering it the Wrathful cloak is a mistake though? Untamed Predator off the AH/ToC or the Scarlet Onslaught from frost badges are much better.

Also as per Veritas comment, your spec is a mess for raiding. Pleeease follow what he has linked you there.

Velox pulled up a good issue with his cape comment but get your tier pieces with frost first then grab your offset bits.

Ok. Respecced to suggested build. Aside from 5-6 points misspent, I wasn't that far off the mark. (Old build - http://www.wowhead.com/?talent#cxZ0eV0oZx0ciocIhxhA0su ) Your point is valid though. My old spec was a development from the spec I levelled with, and as far as raiding goes, I have only been 80 on this toon about a week - so I'm certainly open to criticism / advice.

I know I have some work to do on gemming. I plan on loading up the spreadsheet and reworking things a bit, but as I have been in the "gearing up" phase last week, I haven't stressed about min/maxxing too much as I have been replacing equipment daily.

It's been a couple of days, and I've been able to do some more work on my gear and gemming. Using Shandara's Spreadsheet I have regemmed my gear, and things seem to be coming along nicely. I'm pretty much at the stage now where most of my upgrades are going to come from 10/25man ICC or 25man ToC/ToGC.

You've done a very good job. You're still running high on hit, but I do agree that you're not really going to solve that without running raids.

Definitely ready to start hitting up the ToCs and ICCs.
